Phaseolus vulgaris, sometimes known as the light spotted kidney bean, is a long-grain bean with a long form and black rajas. Due to its slightly sweet flavor, it is sometimes referred to as “sweet bean” in various places (Sugar Bean). It comprises a sizable market all around the world. Its name is Frijol Canaval in Spanish.
